Our team comprises some of the highest qualified Trainer Assessors in RLSS East Wales, with NRASTC, Open Water and Advisor qualifications.
All coaches have come through the Club so they understand how it operates from both sides of the learning journey. We want to help people achieve their potential and develop skills that could help them in emergency situations.
We believe that everyone should learn these skills from a young age in order to prevent situations from happening in or out of the water thanks to early recognition. It's not just knowing what to do when something happens, but how to spot it and stop it from progressing.
We offer the whole Survive and Save programme, from Medallion to Open Water awards, so we have something for everyone. Thanks to our highly qualified staff, we are also able to provide training and examination of NRASTC as well as other awards. If you have any questions then please feel free to send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Our Lifesaving programme offers Bronze, Silver and Gold Survive and Save awards, in all 4 specialist areas. You get to learn essential lifesaving and first-aid skills which can be used in conjunction with GCSE and Duke of Edinburgh awards.

RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme gives your child the skills to be confident in the pool or the sea – which means peace of mind for you.
