Our lively lifesaving sessions run on a Friday evening from 8:15pm (please note the 15 minute delay due to additional cleaning from September 2020)
Within the classes, we look at the new Nationoal Pool Lifesaving Acadamy programme, offering a variety of awards and achievements. Our Lifesaving session is aimed at ages 12 and above, offering the chance of “something different” in the swimming pool!
Why not learn to throw a rope in record time, all whilst learning the vital skills needed to be able to save someone’s life, and keep yourself and others safe around water!
We run as a rolling program, with our lifesavers taking awards as and when they are ready. And what’s more, our awards count towards the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.
